Plugin reads the file from provided locations it suppose to find '------------begin---------' and '------------end---------' tags and a single <tr> plugin info </tr> betwen those tags. Every parametr should be in <td>parametr</td>. So it suppose to look like this
Version - should be an integer type.
Name -under what name plugin will be downloaded.
Need to be registered - every dll must be registered after downloaded so if it is dll write '1'
